Shani: Try adding green peas to this kadju curry at the end, say about 5 minutes before you are done cooking, or 10 minutes before if you like them really mushy. I don't think there is a special recipe for it or for adding vegetables to kadju curry, same recipe, just add mixed vegetables or peas or both. I like mine only kadju though :)
